The apartment is on rue du Temple (at the corner of rue Montmorency), Paris 75003.  The nearest Metro stop is Rambuteau, on Line 11, a 3 minute walk.  Etienne Marcel on line 4 ( a direct line from Gare du Nord, handy for the Eurostar or arrival on the RER from Charles de Gaulle airport ) is just over 10 minutes' walk.  The flat is on the third floor (fourth floor American), walk-up, with 59 gentle steps. 

The apartment is serviced once a week during your stay, but can be done more often with notice.  It includes laundering of linens and towels but no personal items.  There is however a washing machine and a drying rack.  The kitchen is fully equipped with pots/plates/cutlery etc. and the counter-top oven is both conventional and microwave.  The coffee table in the photo of the reception raises up to dining height and there are six folding chairs available for entertaining and enough tableware for six.

The television is cabled and includes CNN and BBC as well as Eurosport.  Other amenities include pull-out sofa (small double bed) with linens, coffeemaker, hairdryer and iron/ironing board.  There is a guide to the flat in a blue plastic ring binder, usually on the bookshelf next to the sofa.
